PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and PayPal. For international orders, your card provider determines the exchange rate at the time of purchase. AECLO LTD does not include customs, duties, or other import taxes in product pricing. International orders ship with “delivery duties unpaid,” meaning any such fees are charged once the parcel reaches its final destination and must be paid by the recipient.

Our Contract With You
Your order is accepted once your payment is received in full and we confirm the items are being processed for delivery. At that point, a contract comes into existence between you and AECLO LTD. We will notify you if we cannot accept your order and will not charge you. Reasons may include products being out of stock, payment issues, or errors in pricing or description. We assign an order number for each purchase; please reference this number in any correspondence.
Our Products

Changes to Your Order

Providing the Products
Delivery to UK addresses is typically free, arriving within one to three working days. A Saturday delivery option may be available for an additional charge, depending on availability. International delivery costs vary by location. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged once the parcel reaches its destination. We aim to dispatch orders within thirty days of acceptance. If a delay occurs beyond our control, we will let you know as soon as possible. You become responsible for the products once they are delivered to the address provided. You own the products after we receive payment in full.
Your Rights to End the Contract
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have fourteen days from receiving your order to change your mind unless there is an exception (for example, for hygiene-sealed items). To end the contract, contact us at info@aeclo.com or write to us at 85 Great Portland St, London W1W 7LT. If products have been dispatched, you must return them. You are responsible for return costs unless products are faulty or misdescribed. We refund payments as soon as possible, typically within fourteen days of receiving the returned items or evidence of return.
Our Rights to End the Contract
We may end the contract if you fail to pay on time or if you do not provide information needed to supply your products. We will refund any sums for items not provided but may deduct our reasonable costs.

Price and Payment
The price (including VAT if applicable) is as shown when you place your order. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct obvious errors. You must pay before dispatch. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage
We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or lack of reasonable care. We are not liable for loss or damage not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract is made. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Other Important Terms
