Returns Policy

Refund Policy Exchange  

We accept returns logged through our returns portal within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Any items returned outside of this window will be sent back to you and a fee may apply.

All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement can be processed.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resaleable condition with original tags attached.

Each item should be folded and placed in its original packaging.

Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to you and may incur a fee.

Trying On Items

Please take care when trying on your products. Any marks, stains, or damage will void your eligibility for an exchange or refund.

Opening Packages

Avoid using scissors or knives to open your parcel. Simply tear open the outer packaging. We will not accept returns if there are scissor or knife marks on the item.

Inspect Items Upon Receipt

Inspect all items thoroughly as soon as they arrive. We only accept products returned in their original condition unless you have notified us in advance of a fault.

 

How to Return Your Items (UK & International)

 

1. Start Your Return - Scan the QR code on the card enclosed with your order, or visit our Returns Portal directly.

2. Enter Your Details - Provide your order number and email address.

3. Select Items - Choose which items you’d like to return and indicate the reason.

4. Choose Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit - Indicate whether you want a refund, an exchange, or credit for future purchases.

5. Select Preferred Courier - Book your return shipping through our portal. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.

 

We aim to process returns within 7 working days of the parcel arriving back at our facility. Please use your tracking number to monitor progress, and refrain from emailing to check the status before the outlined timeframe has passed.
